Level Education/Work Experience 1
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required • 0–2 years of relevant internship or entry-level experience 2
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required • 2–5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting 3
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred • 5–8 years of experience with increasing responsibility in corporate finance or FP&A 4
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; CPA/CMA designation strongly preferred • 8+ years of relevant experience, including strategic planning and team leadership
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling • Familiarity with financial statements, GAAP, and general accounting principles • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships Competencies by Level: Level Competency 1 - Procurement Analyst I

Physical Requirements:
