Category Clerical Services Closing Date 6 August 2026 •Support Dock Scheduler BAU operations, helping maintain stable inbound and outbound flow and effective depot capacity management. • •Contribute to the operational performance of Supply, Merchandising and MHD Helpdesks, supporting delivery against volumes, SLAs, quality measures and root‑cause insight. • •Be the key operational contact point, for stores, supply chain and modular planning, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution. • •Support the operational landing of changerelating to Dock Scheduler, Supply Helpdesk and MHD Helpdesk, helping protect BAU stability throughout. • •Use data and insight to identify opportunitiesfor continuous operational improvement, simplification and automation. (Spotting trends or patterns of behaviour to identify potential issues) • •Demonstrate calm, resilient supportduring peak trading, incidents and periods of change. • •Collaborate effectively across ALS, Supply and Modular Planning, Including Suppliers and Hauliers, helping build strong and positive working relationships.
