JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION PURPOSE
Delivers, receives, unloads, unpacks, inspects, stages, and organizes merchandise or materials. Operate motor vehicles, power industrial trucks, and manual lifting devices to move merchandise, tools, and materials as needed. Perform various manual labor in support of construction projects, budling maintenance, and landscaping.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts and inventory data into a computer system or mobile application. Stage, carry, and manipulate materials for pick-up or shipping. Move materials on and off shelves for storage and job preparation. Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts. Communicate material usage and needs with Supervisor. 60% Keep warehouse areas clean and organized; including but not limited to sweeping, snow shoveling, picking up debris, and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsible for general building maintenance and upkeep assigned by Supervisor. 20% Deliver materials, tools, or products to job sites or assigned locations utilizing company vehicles. May also use power industrial trucks (forklifts, etc.) and manual lifting devices as needed. May assist other departments as needed with physical labor on or off jobsites. 10% Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment, vehicles, power trucks, and tools. Complete all required safety training in a timely manner. 10%

WORK SCHEDULE
• Hours may vary and are dictated by business need or direction of Warehouse Supervisor I, II, or Manager. • General expectations of hours for this position are 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays and OT as needed by the business while paid in accordance with applicable law.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance • Ability to read, write, and understand language at a sufficient level to perform job functions • Frequently required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another • Frequently required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up 5+lbs. • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 83lbs. • Work in conditions with potential exposure to loud noise, extreme temperatures, or hazardous materials

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications, as applicable
• 6+ months of warehouse, construction, or customer service experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to be organized, detail oriented, and work with a sense of urgency • Ability to read tape measures and exhibit basic math skills • Ability to identify various construction materials • Ability to utilize construction tools (hand and power tools) • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders using various means of communication (oral/written) • Maintain valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements with acceptable motor vehicle record

PAY RANGE: $18.05 - $26.15

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
