Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA) / Team Lead to join our growing wealth management practice. This individual will serve as a key leader within the office, helping drive operational excellence, deliver exceptional client service, and support advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with a passion for client service, attention to detail, and experience within the financial services or wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account maintenance needs.

• Coordinate and process account openings, transfers, money movement requests, and other service transactions.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is completed in accordance with firm policies.

Team Leadership

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to administrative and client service staff.

• Help establish and maintain workflows, service standards, and operational best practices.

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance office environment.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to firm procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

• Manage priorities and workflow to meet service expectations and deadlines.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance client experience.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, or a related industry.

• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial services technology platforms.

Preferred

• Experience working in a financial advisory, wealth management, or brokerage environment.

• Familiarity with account servicing, client onboarding, and financial planning support.

• Industry licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or equivalent). Must be willing to obtain in 90-180 days.

Compensation:

• $60,000-80,000

Base Pay Salary

The salary will be $60,000- $80,000/ year Full-Time/Part-Time
