Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift 6:45am-7:15 pm with every other weekend.
Location: Altamonte Springs location but must be open to covering the Orlando and Kissimmee locations when census requires
• Maintains accurate and thorough documentation per Medicare guidelines. • Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. • Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. • Participates in ongoing professional development and training. • Assesses and reassesses patient needs regularly to provide appropriate care. • Educates patients and families on plan of care and any changes to it. • Delivers critical nursing care to patients with complex health issues. • Manages end-of-life care issues with sensitivity and professionalism. • Administers and manages medications accurately and safely. • Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Range:
$31.53 - $52.24 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
