Plans, organizes, and manages cultivation and stewardship activities and events to support fundraisers. Plans, organizes, and manages employee giving launches, events, and stewardship activities. Manages annual giving societies, including newsletters, recognition, and events. Works with the Foundation communications team on donor communications and newsletters. Manages the Gift Map system for tracking existing donor recognition and naming opportunities available to fundraisers. Assists the Director with donor wall installation and content management. Manages donor recognition signage needs for the hospitals, including design, approvals, production, and installation. Works with the Director to cultivate a spirit of philanthropy and stewardship among leadership, team members, and volunteers. Assists the Director with the development of the annual donor relations plan and annual giving plan. Supports prospect development and pipeline development through prospect research activities. Represents the Foundation on Hospital Week committees at each hospital. Assists fundraisers with donor cultivation strategy, planning, and execution support as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

​Work Experience:

• 3+ experience directly related to the duties [Required] • Professional experience in the fundraising or nonprofit industry [Preferred]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: • Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience OR • Associates degree and 5+ years of experience OR • High School Grad or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience.

Pay Range:

$49,718.59 - $92,468.74 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
