Manages daily operations of Onboarding Coordinators and coordinates work activities and schedules. Maintains internal provider and practice information and reporting. Tracks staff time and attendance. Maintains knowledge of process updates and assists Provider Onboarding Coordinators as necessary. Audits reports for managed care huddles and medical staff provider updates. Ensures effective communication with team members regarding policies, procedures, forms, changes, and requirements. Provides regular reports on provider onboarding status and related metrics to applicable leaders. Assists in updating physician licensure, including DEA and medical licenses. Alerts Director, Vice President, and COO when timelines are missed or in jeopardy. Oversees the collection of data to ensure accuracy and timely credentialing with relevant entities. Oversees completion of new hire HR paperwork, drug screens, background checks, PPD, and mask fit conducted and reported by Provider Onboarding Coordinator. Other duties as assigned. Coordinates and oversees the provider hiring process in collaboration with physician recruitment and practice operations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Provider relations and credentialing [Required] • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments for adherence to the plan, rules and regulations of applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies [Required] • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with team to ensure results are delivered in a fast-paced environment [Required] • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. [Required] • Customer service, time management, written and verbal communication skills. [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required] • Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field • in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field

Work Experience:

• 1+ or more of leadership expereience [Preferred] • 2+ experience in healthcare [Required] • 2+ experience in healthcare operations, onboarinding or provider relations [Preferred]

Pay Range:
