Grow with us. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria.
Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
• Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medications/solutions needed for procedures. • Prepares and labels solutions and medications used, reporting amounts for charting. • Prepares back table and mayo stand, anticipating the needs of the surgeon using the surgeon’s preference card. • Provides supplies or equipment upon request for the surgeon, nurses, and/or anesthesiologist. Holds retractors or instruments, sponges or suctions operative site, applies electrocautery to clamps on bleeders, cuts suture material, connects drains to suction apparatus, and applies dressings to a wound. • Assists with draping sterile field and covers operating and instrument tables. Performs appropriate counts with circulator prior to the operation, before incision is closed, and as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic computer skills [Required]
Education:
• High School Grad or Equivalent [Required] • Completion of an approved Surgical Technician program
Work Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year of CST experience in a surgical setting [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support BLS Cert [Required] • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) [Required] OR • Technician in Surgery - Certified (NTSC) [Required]

Pay Range:
