About this role
岗位职责： 1. 与客户保持良好沟通，了解客户需求，为客户提供专业、高效的财务服务 2. 深入理解并持续优化总账相关业务流程，提高工作效率，降低成本，曾经参与设计或使用过AI工具 3. 负责总账的日常核算工作，确保服务水平各项指标达标，包括但不限于记账、审核、报表编制等，针对问题跟踪解决 4. 负责总账团队的管理工作，确保团队高效、稳定运行 5. 对团队成员进行培训和指导，提高团队整体业务能力。 招聘要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理等相关专业或财务工作经验 2. 7年以上BPO总账会计相关工作经验，熟悉一般纳税人账务处理流程，熟悉会计准则和相关税务政策，3年40人以上团队管理经验 3.工作细心、认真负责，具备较强的团队合作精神 4.具备较强的抗压能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境 5.熟练使用财务软件（SAP）和办公软件（如Excel）， SAP经验优先，有电商流程经验优先 6. 英文流利 7. 有项目移管经验，成功接手较大外包项目 8. 能够灵活应对客户的业务要求 9. 有责任心，能够独立解决客户疑难复杂任务
