Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve system capabilities. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software components meet client expectations and operate efficiently within the broader application environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges impacting project delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions within Oracle CC&B environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex application architectures. - Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware used in Oracle CC&B implementations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
