SuccessFactors Lead
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Lead to serve as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and programme project management. The role offers the opportunity to influence and advise across multiple teams, guide key decisions, and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact. You will bring passion, insight, and deep functional expertise to a dynamic environment where your contributions will shape successful business and technology transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives • Create detailed functional and technical specifications that align with project goals and stakeholder needs • Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions • Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies • Leverage deep functional, industry, and offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value
Skills Required
• SAP SuccessFactors platform expertise • Programme and project management • Requirements gathering, functional and technical specification writing • Solution design and proof of concept development • Estimation, planning, and scope management • Risk management and issue resolution • Change management and stakeholder engagement • Process improvement and optimisation
Job Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or relevant related skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study • Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning advantageous • Expert proficiency in Risk Management advantageous • Expert proficiency in Scope Management advantageous • Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement advantageous • Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement advantageous
