The role requires continuous enhancement of existing solutions to meet evolving business requirements, utilizing contemporary development frameworks and methodologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures that the software delivered is scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. The position demands adaptability to changing priorities and a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code that supports long-term business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform. - Experience with identity and access management concepts and best practices. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Familiarity with integration techniques and API development. - Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
