Summary: As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable and scalable applications are central to daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience in designing and implementing data models within Snowflake environments. - Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes related to Snowflake. - Ability to optimize queries and manage performance tuning in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms and best practices for data security and governance. - Experience working with SQL and scripting languages to automate data workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based at our BDC9 - STPI office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
