As a Sales Assistant based in Birkenhead, you’ll be responsible for:
• Serving customers at the trade counter, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
• Building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, enhance the customer experience, and maximise lifetime value.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly, courteously, and with a proactive approach.
• Supporting general warehouse duties, including booking in stock, putting stock away, and picking and packing customer orders.
You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Your shifts will be 06:30–15:30 up to three days a week, and 08:00–17:00 on the other days. And here’s what we’d like you to have:
• Previous face-to-face sales and customer service experience.
• Strong administration skills.
• Prior industry/merchant experience would be advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
