Role purpose The Energy Product Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational management, performance and optimisation of Vicinity's growing energy technology portfolio. The role ensures energy assets and programs operate safely, reliably and in compliance with regulatory, contractual and operational requirements while delivering strong commercial, sustainability and customer outcomes. A key responsibility of the role is managing the performance, uptime and ongoing operation of Vicinity's energy products, including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure and future energy technologies. This includes monitoring asset performance, coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling works, managing contractors and service providers, resolving operational issues, and identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability and financial returns. The role is responsible for maintaining asset inventories, performance reporting and compliance records, while supporting budget management and ensuring operational risks are effectively managed. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Energy Product Delivery Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the successful delivery of new energy projects and programs. The position plays a critical role in the end-to-end lifecycle management of Vicinity's energy products and contributes to the delivery of Vicinity's Integrated Energy Strategy through strong asset management, operational oversight and performance optimisation.
What Will You Bring?
You are an experienced energy, asset management, product delivery or project management professional with a strong understanding of operational asset management and energy technologies. Experience across renewable energy, EV charging, battery storage, utilities, facilities management or retail property environments will be highly regarded. You have demonstrated experience managing operational assets, contractors and service providers, with a focus on system performance, reliability, maintenance planning and compliance. You are a proactive problem solver who can identify issues, drive outcomes and effectively manage competing priorities. You possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience managing asset inventories, performance reporting, operational data and budgets. Your ability to translate technical and commercial information into actionable insights supports informed decision-making and continuous improvement. You are highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to deliver operational and project outcomes. Combined with your customer focus and passion for innovation, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising Vicinity's expanding energy portfolio.

The Energy Product Delivery Manager role is critical to ensuring the ongoing performance, uptime, compliance and optimisation of Vicinity's growing energy portfolio. Covering renewable energy, EV charging, battery storage and other energy products, the role is responsible for managing operational assets, maintenance programs, works scheduling, performance reporting, asset inventories, operating budgets, contractor performance and compliance obligations. Through strong technical, commercial and stakeholder management skills, the role drives operational outcomes, maximises asset performance and supports the successful delivery of Vicinity's long-term energy strategy. g critical inputs into the Integrated Energy Strategy.
