Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

As part of our expanding Online Sales team, we are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will support our web shop and marketplace customers, helping them navigate their purchasing journey, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you’ll do:
• Manage incoming sales enquiries, prepare tailored quotations, proactively follow up on opportunities, and convert leads into successful orders.
• Provide comprehensive post-sales support, including delivery tracking, claims handling, returns processing, installation guidance, and payment-related enquiries.
• Process and manage customer orders, returns, and account-related activities across our internal systems, web shops, and online marketplaces.
• Identify commercial opportunities during customer contact and promote relevant products or solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and a better customer experience.
• Participate in projects related to the role.
What you'll bring:
• Fluent in French (spoken and written),
• Good level of English,
• Confident in using MS Office and working with multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and commercial mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with a high volume of administrative tasks.
• Able to maintain a high level of accuracy, focus, and motivation when handling repetitive tasks and following established processes on a daily basis.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a hybrid, international environment and supporting different teams or business areas when needed, including managing written requests in multiple languages.
It would be an advantage if you also have:
• Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or another foreign language.
• Experience in customer service, sales, telesales, account management, or a similar customer-focused role.
• Familiarity with working in a commercial environment where building customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities are part of delivering an excellent customer experience.
