You’ll: • Administer medications and treatments • Provide daily resident care with dignity • Monitor changes and respond clinically • Collaborate with a supportive care team
Pay & Incentives: • $27.12 - $37.22/hr base • +$5.50/hr evening differential • +$7.00/hr weekend differential • Sign-On Bonus: Position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to terms, conditions, and change.
Requirements: Active NY LPN license required; BLS preferred. We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, team-focused nurse—LTC experience is helpful but not required.
