Job Description Join a dynamic team responsible for administering complex structured finance transactions and supporting the evolution of automated cash and collateral management processes across Global Structured Finance (GSF). In this role, you will oversee cash, collateral, and asset activities, ensuring transactions are executed in accordance with governing documents, legal requirements, and established risk management practices. In addition to managing a portfolio of structured finance transactions, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VIPR Cash Event Rules (CER) and Straight-Through Processing (STP) initiatives, driving process standardization, operational efficiency, and automation across the organization. Partnering closely with internal teams, you will lead implementation efforts, support user adoption, and contribute to the development of scalable, sustainable operating practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash, collateral, and asset activities for complex structured finance transactions, ensuring compliance with governing documents, legal requirements, and established risk management controls. • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for VIPR Cash Event Rules (CER), leading transaction onboarding, user adoption, and training efforts to support consistent execution across the GSF platform. • Drive the development and continuous enhancement of standardized processes, controls, and workflows that promote operational efficiency, straight-through processing (STP), and automation objectives. • Partner with business stakeholders to monitor implementation progress, identify and mitigate risks, resolve process gaps, and support strategic initiatives that improve scalability and operational performance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience • Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Considerable knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing operations • Ability to interpret transaction documents • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications • Well-developed ability to create spreadsheets for simple cash flow calculations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent customer service skills • Experience with Bondmaster, SEI and Access Control Server (ACS) preferred

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
