About This Opportunity Join UQ's Academic Services Division as a Student and Academic Administration Officer and play a key role in delivering a seamless examination experience for students across the University. Working within the Examinations team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, combining problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence to support centrally administered examinations across multiple campuses.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate the delivery of paper and digital examinations, including approved student adjustments.
• Provide timely advice and support to students, staff and key stakeholders.
• Process a broad range of student and academic administration requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain records and administration across UQ systems while supporting quality assurance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to exceptional service delivery within a high-volume environment.
As a valued member of our Examinations team, you'll play an important role during key assessment periods throughout the year. To support the successful delivery of examinations, this may include restricted leave periods and occasional rostered work outside standard business hours, including weekends. Intercampus travel to the Gatton campus may be required.
