What You'll Do
• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational, social, and enrichment activities.
• Encourage resident participation and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
• Develop and implement creative programs that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Create meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life and promote resident engagement.
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience planning and implementing activities or socialization programs preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• A self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for serving seniors.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate programs and activities.
