About this role
The Artworker role is responsible for producing digital artworks, reprographics, colour separations. The role also performs pre-flight checks on reference files.
This role is based remotely in Bangkok, Thailand
What You’ll Do Artwork Production
• Builds artwork files in adherence with the business’ standard working practices & client’s brand rules.
• Ensures Right First Time quality performance is achieved.
Continuous Improvement
• Shares observations on process optimisation to improve quality and delivery.
• Adopts best practice and improvement actions led by the Senior Artworker.
• Participates in production initiatives.
• Participates in root cause and corrective action investigations.
Coaching & Development
• Guides and advises less experienced members of the team.
• Identifies and discusses issues with relevant team members.
What You Should Have
• Experience in packaging artwork production, design, type setting or the printing industry.
• Use of software applications used in artwork packaging production such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office.
• Understanding of print processes and reprographics application for medium complexity artworks.
• Ability to perform basic colour retouching/correction with the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Ability to interpret and follow guideline documents.
• Communication skills particularly listening, verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Team working skills.
• Time Management skills to respond to a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to identify problems and offer potential solutions.
• Due to geographical requirements, Thai language capability Is required In this role
• Excellent written and spoken English
