Job Description A Glimpse of the Job Program Aides for Aggie Park are utilized on a part-time basis to assist with larger events. The duties of these staff can adjust based on the event & expectations, but common needs are interacting with our patrons regularly, following the directions of our event managers, & working with large-scale traveling productions to ensure expectations are met.
Essential Duties Event Customer Support
• Interact directly with customers & clients to ensure proper rules are followed while also ensuring client safety • Quick decision making based on customer requests • Other duties as assigned • Assist crew members with event setups and breakdowns

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. • Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to work evenings and weekends • Stand for long periods of time • Lift 25 pounds or more.
