This position is for a Sr Supply Chain Mgr to lead the operations, performance, and relationship management of Hyve's global Contract Manufacturers (CMs). Based in Taiwan, this role is critical to ensuring CM factory readiness, long-term capacity planning, cost control, and execution to support Hyve's rapid growth across AI and hyperscale customer programs.
【Key Responsibilities – CM Management】 • Own the business relationship with key CMs and serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for all CM-related issues. • Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing clear direction, performance management, and mentorship to support team growth and accountability. • Drive weekly CM reviews to manage factory readiness, build execution, material availability, test fixture readiness, and delivery schedules. • Lead long-term CM capacity planning to ensure alignment with Hyve’s demand forecast and support scalable customer growth. • Partner with Sales to support customer RFQs by ensuring CMs provide timely and accurate cost breakdowns aligned with customer-specific formats. • Drive cost management across assigned CMs, including cost reduction initiatives, NRE negotiation, and cost structure reviews. • Oversee and ensure supplier agreements—including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs—are in place and accurately reflect the agreed scope, deliverables, and service levels. • Monitor and improve CM performance metrics, including on-time delivery, schedule flexibility, responsiveness, and escalation closure rates. • Prepare and present executive-level reporting and QBRs for each CM, highlighting key performance data, risks, and action plans. • Drive continuous improvement and digitization initiatives to increase operational speed, visibility, and scalability across CM operations.
Other: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) • 8+ years of relevant supply chain or contract manufacturing operations experience • 5+ years of people management experience, preferably with direct CM/ODM oversight • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills • Direct experience managing contract manufacturers across Asia (Taiwan, China, Vietnam) • Proven ability to drive results in high-growth, fast-paced environments • Deep understanding of CM cost models and cost control levers • Fluent in Mandarin and English preferred
