• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Required • BSN Preferred
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
• 2 years previous clinical experience in L&D and OB nursing and previous experience in nursery
LICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Registered Nurse - CA State Licensure - RN Required • Basic Life Support Certification - BLS Required • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS Required • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider - NRP Required • Advanced Fetal Monitoring - AFM Required
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Ability to make fine discrimination in sound • Ability to work with bodily fluids and substances • Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances • Handles emergency or crisis situations • Subject to varying and unpredictable situations • OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk) • Assist with lifting, supporting, maneuvering, and adjusting the position of patients weighing over 200 pounds

Pay Range is $81.26 to $109.95 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
