Project Quantity Surveyor – MEP (6–10 Years) | Bangalore
• 6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects. • Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management. • Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders. • Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence. • Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports. • Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works. • Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters. • Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices. • Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works. • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and quantity surveying documentation. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Quantity Surveying.
