Job Summary The Head of Operations (Medium - Large Org) is responsible for the strategic execution and operational leadership of a business unit or function within a medium to large organization. This senior management role oversees multiple teams, drives operational performance, and ensures alignment with corporate strategy. The role plays a key part in shaping and executing mid to long-term plans that impact business outcomes and operational efficiency. This job profile is intended for senior managers that participate in mid to long-term (3–5 years) strategy development for their business or functional area. Responsible for strategy execution and operational direction of a business or function. Works closely with group executive leadership concerning matters of strategic significance to the organization. Typically manages multiple teams.
