Job Description
The Community Director for Upper-Class Residences is a full-time live-in professional staff member responsible for the leadership, administration, and management of upper-class residential communities at Stevens Institute of Technology. Reporting to the Associate Director of Residence Life and Dining, the Community Director is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging residential environment that supports student development, academic success, and—most importantly—meaningful community engagement among sophomore, junior, and senior students. This position pr
