Location: 850 76th Street S.W. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315 The Retail Media Solutions Sales Specialist will manage a portfolio of CPG vendor accounts and drive revenue for our retail media solutions network. This role will own the day-to-day relationship with assigned brand partners, building and selling marketing campaigns that align with our unique value proposition. Responsibilities include carrying individual revenue targets, prospecting, closing new vendor commitments, managing renewals and upsells within an existing book of business and coordinating with internal teams to ensure flawless retail marketing campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic marketing recommendations based on historical campaign performance and the clients’ KPIs that drive incremental revenue.
• Responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities including the creation and delivery of proposals to identified clients.
• Oversee the negotiation process to align with partner’s KPIs and the overall customer experience.
• Oversee the annual budget planning process and financial goals for an assigned portfolio.
• Communicate with the client on a consistent basis, understanding their focus and needs.
• Work with various internal departments and external customers (i.e. vendors, retailers, agencies, etc.) to execute marketing programs and/or solutions that support the media solutions campaigns and overall marketing initiatives.
• Maintain campaign schedules and status reports for sales team.
• Compile various reports (i.e., program utilization, consumer insights, cost analysis, etc.), prepare analysis, and make recommendations to enhance programs and solutions; communicate information accordingly.
• Communicate efficiently with the Campaign Management team.
• Adhere to the processes in place for the Retail Media Network.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least Three years experience in retail media, sales, and/or account management
• Strong knowledge of the media and advertising industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal associates, including management and external customers.
• Proven record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Demonstrates conflict resolution
• Demonstrates time and resource management skills aligned to short- and long-term goals
• Ability to provide strategic thinking and drive resolutions
• Must have attention to detail and effective planning, organization, prioritization and project/time management skills to meet deadline driven timelines.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
