What will you be doing? We are currently recruiting a Clinical Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting surgical procedures, ensuring the effective use of our products in clinical environments, and delivering a high standard of service to our healthcare partners.

What will you need to be successful?

• Provide hands-on clinical support during surgical procedures • Ensure the correct preparation, handling, and delivery of surgical instruments and medical devices • Collaborate closely with surgeons and hospital teams to understand case requirements • Support the safe and efficient execution of procedures in operating theatre environments • Coordinate daily surgical schedules and ensure readiness of required materials • Communicate effectively with clinical stakeholders on case-specific needs • Verify hospital charge sheets and ensure accurate post-procedure documentation • Manage the return, sterilisation, and handling of surgical instruments and materials • Support the full sales cycle through accurate documentation and coordination • Manage delivery notes, invoicing, and return processes • Ensure accurate tracking of orders, charging, and collections • Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity • Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement • Support product training and clinical education initiatives • Assist with inventory planning to ensure product availability • Communicate future resource requirements to support operational efficiency

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field • Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operating room environments • Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and accountability • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Teams • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
