Job Summary Under general direction, within Saint Louis University’s Career Services, this role provides employer outreach management of existing and new employers; coordinates events for specialized student populations or industries; manages new employers with database orientation and recruitment practices at the University; and compiles recruitment statistical reports.
Job Duties
• Manages relationships with existing employers to increase their recruitment at the University
• Approves all job postings and new employers in job search database
• Researches markets for additional employer recruitment
• Coordinates events for specialized populations or industries
• Compile recruitment statistical reports
• Researches recruitment trends and best practices for employer relations.
• Supports all employer relations initiatives including the coordination an marketing of on-campus recruiting activities
• Provides presentations to employers, student groups and classes on University information and career development issues
• Potentially teach one-credit career courses
• Provides outreach to faculty, staff, and employers to inform of career trends, relevant career and job search information; markets services to all stakeholders.
• Participates in University and division-wide events; attends employer meetings.
• Monitors activity; runs reports and statistics on job search database.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred; supplemented with two (2) years of related work experience.
In-Person/Remote Work Schedule Expectations: This position will require the individual to work in the office, with the potential to work a hybrid schedule, up to one day per week remote, upon completion of six (6) months of on-site training and familiarization with department work and operations in compliance with the requirements of the SLU Remote Staff Flexible Work Policy. Office Location: Griesedieck Hall
