Position Summary

The HR Training Specialist supports the administration and coordination of the organization's learning and development programs. This role manages the Learning Management System (LMS), training assignments, compliance reporting, and training communications to ensure associates complete required training in a timely manner. The HR Training Specialist partners with leaders, trainers, and business stakeholders to deliver an effective learning experience while maintaining accurate training records and supporting organizational compliance requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course assignments, learning rules, and system configurations. • Oversee the maintenance, and deployment of both third-party ("s,helf") and custom learning content within the LMS. • Coordinate annual mandatory training programs to ensure organizational compliance with regulatory, operational, and business requirements. • Coordinate onboarding learning journeys, ensuring associates receive assigned training and milestone communications throughout their development path. • Maintain HR Learning instructor-led and virtual training calendars, including scheduling classes, coordinating logistics, managing registrations, and distributing invitations. • Provide responsive support through the Learning mailbox by answering training-related inquiries and resolving learner access or course issues. • Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc training reports for leaders, HR partners, compliance teams, and executive stakeholders. • Monitor and audit training compliance by generating and analyzing reports related to course completions, overdue training, user access, audit requirements, and learning activity. • Manage automated training notifications, reminders, escalations, and reporting automations to support compliance monitoring and learner engagement. • Track overdue training requirements and administer escalation processes, including notifications to associates, leaders, and designated stakeholders in accordance with established procedures. • Manage onsite training logistics, including training badge administration and conference room access as needed. • Maintain accurate training records and documentation to support audits, regulatory reviews, and organizational reporting requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve training operations, reporting processes, learner experience, and system efficiency through automation and process enhancements. • Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred. • Experience coordinating training programs, compliance training, or employee development initiatives • Experience coordinating training programs, compliance training, or employee development initiatives. • Strong reporting, data analysis, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience supporting compliance-driven training programs in a regulated industry is preferred. • Process Improvement Mindset and a drive to build efficiencies

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills

• MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Learning Management System Administration

• Persuasive when dealing with customers and key stakeholders • Internally motivated
