About this role

The Quality Control Technician provides technical support to functional areas of quality engineering, coordinating quality control inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc. at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with the established standards.

General Responsibilities • Follows-up on quality reviews by reporting any anomaly. • Reviews main incidents of work cells to reach a team solution. • Assists the quality engineer by troubleshooting and determining actions in the process • Recommends new or improved methods, procedures and quality standards. • Supports new or improved methods, procedures and quality standards. • Supports the reduction of quality events, through the audits in the work stations, ensuring the delivery of a product according to specifications. • Proposes continuous improvement actions in terms of quality and efficiency of the manufacturing or inspection process. • Controls non-conforming materials and supplier rejections. • Supports with calibration plans of measurement equipment.

Experience / Qualifications • Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in a technical discipline. • Experience in Quality Assurance, manufacturing, or non-conforming material management is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, and experience working with ERP systems. • Ability to maintain quality records, documentation, and traceability systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. • Ability to manage quality-related claims professionally and within required timelines. • Basic written and spoken English language skills. • Proactive, accountable, and committed to quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Gross Annual Salary Range: 11,535.00 EUR - 15,859.80 EUR

The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

Starting Salary The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
