About this role
US Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team. While many of our patients are recovering from foot and ankle conditions, injuries, or surgeries, you'll also work with a wide range of orthopedic and mobility challenges. Helping patients of all ages regain strength, function, and independence.

Physical Therapist Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
• Perform evaluations, physical exams, and functional assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and education on recovery/prevention
• Accurately document progress and outcomes in EMR
• Collaborate with podiatrists, surgeons, and other providers for coordinated care
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-focused clinic environment
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in state of practice (required)
• Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Outpatient ortho/foot & ankle rehab experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Physical Therapist Pay Range:
• $46- $54/hr based on experience
Physical Therapist Schedule
• Full-time role
• Primarily outpatient clinic setting
• Occasional travel to nearby locations for coverage
