Ready to lead the fun? Spare Time Entertainment is where bowling, arcade games, laser tag, escape rooms, a full-service restaurant, and private events all come together under one roof. We are looking for a General Manager to run the show, lead a large team, and create unforgettable experiences for every guest. Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the energy is highest, so flexibility is a must.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all operations of a high-volume, multi-attraction entertainment center

• Manage P&L, budgets, labor, and inventory to drive results

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across food & beverage, amusements, and events

• Ensure attractions, games, and facilities are safe, clean, and guest-ready

• Deliver consistent, top-level guest service and resolve issues quickly

• Engage with the community and support leagues, promotions, and events

What You Bring

• 7+ years managing large teams in hospitality, entertainment, or restaurants

• Proven track record with P&L, cost control, and operational excellence

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000-75,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities
