Role Overview:As an Executive Assistant & Operations Generalist, you will provide executive-level support while acting as a smart generalist responsible for operational processes, project execution, and team coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong EA foundation who enjoy taking ownership of diverse projects outside traditional administrative tasks. You will be empowered to shape your role over time, contributing to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives as the company scales. Your Impact
Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination for new hires while enhancing internal operational workflows.Lead projects beyond traditional EA responsibilities, improving efficiency, team productivity, and execution outcomes.Maintain clear, plainspoken communication across stakeholders, including executives, new hires, and cross-functional teams.Take ownership of initiatives that contribute directly to business success, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and operational insights that help shape the company’s growth.
Core Responsibilities:Candidate & Team Coordination
Manage communications with team members and stakeholders, including onboarding and routine updates.Serve as a primary point of contact for team operations and general administrative support.Project Management & Operational Execution
Lead or support cross-functional projects beyond traditional EA tasks.Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for key operational initiatives.Process Improvement & Systems
Develop and maintain workflows, documentation, and systems that improve team efficiency.Identify bottlenecks or gaps and propose actionable solutions to optimize operations.Reporting & Insights
Track performance metrics, summarize key insights, and flag issues to management.Support data-driven decisions by providing timely, accurate operational reports.Operational Flexibility
Take on additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to both tactical and strategic priorities.Adapt to evolving business needs and explore opportunities to expand your role over time.
Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
3+ years of experience in Executive Assistance, Operations, or similar roles.Proven ability to take ownership of projects beyond standard EA tasks.Strong written and verbal English communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear.Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive, self-starter mindset with problem-solving skills and follow-through to completion.Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity and communication tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Experience in startup or high-growth environments.Familiarity with process improvement frameworks or operational systems.Exposure to project management tools or cross-functional project execution.Benefits
