About this role
We're looking for a hands-on Craft Engineering Technician to join our Utilities Engineering team. This is a varied role supporting essential site services, where no two days are the same.
Whether your background is mechanical or electrical, we'll provide the training and support to help you become a fully multi-skilled engineer.
Bridgwater | 4 on 4 off Days
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance-related inspectionsResponding to breakdowns and fault finding across utilities and site equipmentMaintaining boilers, compressors, CHP systems, effluent treatment plants and refrigeration equipmentSupporting facilities maintenance, including building repairs and general site upkeepStripping, rebuilding and servicing mechanical and electrical componentsAssisting with small engineering improvement projects What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 2 in Engineering (or equivalent experience)Mechanical or electrical maintenance experienceKnowledge of utilities equipment such as boilers, compressors, refrigeration, CHP or effluent plants is advantageousA positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learnSomeone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and wants to develop their skills What's In It For You?
