About this role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our Store Operations Recruitment team as a HR Recruitment Administration Support Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity will be specialising in high volume Store Operations recruitment.
The successful applicant will join a dynamic department, which research, design and implement cost effective and efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.
The team is responsible for the screening of Online applications , Video interviews and first stage Telephone Interviews, They support headhunting and proactive sourcing of candidates, answering recruitment related queries and business reporting, and working with the wider business to uphold best practice. Further to this, the team work closely with Customer Services to support the candidate experience, as well as developing, troubleshooting and testing in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Application and Video Interview screening of Store Operations applicationsHolding first-stage telephone interviews with prospective candidatesHeadhunting and proactively sourcing candidates utilising all available platformsActing as the first point of contact for Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment related queriesProviding Hiring Manager support for recruitment requirementsAnalysing recruitment requirements and interpreting data to assess both current and future vacancies, identifying where additional marketing and PR support may be needed Data extraction and entry into reportingWriting and producing any reports or research documents as and when is requested in both a timely and professional formatAssisting the Recruitment Supervisor and wider team with successful execution of business strategy About You
Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environmentConfident CommunicatorAbility to work and remain calm under pressureProficient in MS Office, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detail & analytical skillsHighly organised and ability to balance multiple prioritiesSolution focusedFlexible to adapt to the demands of an ever-changing business environment What You’ll get in Return
