42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)

As part of our skilled workforce, our roofers play a vital role in maintaining the safety and integrity of homes - carrying out everything from tile replacements and felt repairs to chimney works and emergency callouts. Role Criteria:
General roofing repairs across occupied and void propertiesReplacement of roof tiles, felt roofing, and wooden battensChimney repairs and replacementsInstallation and repair of flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systemsLead work including flashings, soakers, and valley guttersRepair and installation of ridge tiles, verge tiles, and hip tilesGuttering and downpipe repairs and replacementsFascia, soffit, and barge board installation and maintenanceRoof insulation works to joists and raftersInstallation and repair of roof vents, eaves ventilation, and ductingRepairs to rooflights and skylightsEmergency callouts to make properties safe following storm damage or leaksIdentification of defects and recommendation of remedial actionsWorking with reclaimed roofing materials where appropriateEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulationsAccurate recording of materials used, and time spent on jobsLiaising with tenants and site supervisors to ensure clear communication and minimal disruptionSupporting planned maintenance programmes and refurbishment projectsEnsuring compliance with the Decent Homes Standard and other regulatory requirementsUK full driving license Benefits we can offer you:
