Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives
The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY) Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 (Tuesday - Saturday 22:00 start time) Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour (plus below premiums) 1.5x for Overtime1.25x for Saturdays1.5x for Sundays23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM – 4AM) Warehouse Operative Key Responsibilities
Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappersLoad and unload inbound/outbound vehiclesRotate stock and check date codesFollow SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessmentsMaintain high hygiene standards – clean as you goConduct quality control checks to meet product standardsReplenish materials and support team trainingCommunicate effectively across departmentsCarry out additional duties as required What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience is desirableGood literacy and numeracy skillsPositive, self-motivated, and proactive attitudeStrong team player who can also work independentlyExcellent communication skillsCommitted to high standards and continuous improvement What We Offer
