OVERVIEW: • Join a highly respected specialist law firm offering high quality corporate work, cross-disciplinary collaboration and genuine long term career progression. • Manage a varied caseload of corporate matters including transactions, negotiations and corporate governance. • Deliver strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base. • Work closely with the commercial property and commercial litigation teams to provide seamless client support and identify cross referral opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders. • Play a key role in the continued growth and development of the firm's corporate practice. • Suitable for qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in corporate law. • Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering high quality transactional work. • Commercially astute with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines. • Excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills are essential. • Join a well established, independent law firm with a strong reputation for technical excellence and client service. • Lexcel accredited firm with a collaborative culture and a forward thinking approach. • Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer seeking high quality work and genuine long-term career development.
