About this role

Behavior Analyst, 10 Months JOB DESCRIPTION LINK Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs and BCBAs) at Special School District (SSD) provide applied behavior analysis services that support students across a range of educational settings. Your work extends beyond student programming, as you'll also serve as a coach and resource to educators, paraprofessionals, and behavior technicians. From modeling effective strategies to supporting implementation fidelity, you will help build staff capacity and strengthen instructional teams. As a liaison between school teams, families, and community partners, you play a vital role in ensuring consistency and care for each student. This position reflects a strong commitment to ethical standards, student-centered support, and meaningful collaboration. BCBAs work during school hours, Monday through Friday. The start and end times may vary depending on the building assignment. Occasional work after school hours may be required. Travel is required as these positions often serve multiple schools. We are currently seeking BCBAs to serve students in these locations:
