Job Title: Football Scoreboard Production Lead Exemption Status/Test: Non-Exempt Reports to: Athletics Department Dept./School: Assigned Campus Workdays: Temporary Work $200/game (5 home games) plus playoff games and additional stadium needs Job Description: The Scoreboard Production Team Lead will oversee all creative and technical aspects of game-day scoreboard operations. This individual will be responsible for pre-game preparation, creative direction, and in-game execution, ensuring a high-energy and professional fan experience. The Team Lead will manage team members, prepare game plans, and coordinate content for each home game. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all scoreboard and video board operations during home football games
• Develop game-day production plans, including hype videos, player introductions, and in-game prompts, with implementations of sponsor ads
• Provide creative direction for video, graphics, and live content
• Coordinate and supervise production team members during setup, rehearsal, and live games
Operate or oversee operations of the digital scoreboard system
• Manage live camera feeds and ensure smooth transitions during gameplay
• Conduct pre-game equipment checks, setup, and breakdown
• Collaborate with athletic staff to align content with game flow and school branding
Qualifications:
• Prior experience with AV production, broadcasting, or live events preferred
• Familiarity with scoreboard systems, video switchers, or live streaming platforms is a plus
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and timing
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in a live game environment
