Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) Aide Primary Purpose:
Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and orderly learning environment for students assigned to the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) by supporting student supervision, behavior management, and daily campus operations. Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with students in a structured educational setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
• Supervise students throughout the school day.
• Monitor student behavior and reinforce campus rules and expectations.
• Assist students with assigned coursework as directed by the teacher.
• Support student arrival, dismissal, and movement throughout the campus.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the campus administrator.
