POSITION: Daycare Provider DEPARTMENT: REPORTS TO: Todd County Elementary Principals DATE: October 1, 2024 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9 months EVALUATION: In accordance with the Board of Education policy Qualifications: Job Goal: Overseeing children's daily schedules, maintaining childcare facilities, and developing appropriate educational activities. RESPONSILITIES:
• Supervising children at all times
• Overseeing the safety of children
• Keeping up-to-date records of children's development, routines, and interest.
• Creating developing appropriate educational and fun activities for the children.
• Developing and monitoring schedules to ensure that children have enough rest, physical activity, and playtime.
• Ensuring the children have good hygiene and changing diapers as necessary
• When necessary, administering first-aid or CPR to children.
• Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication with parents and guardians.
