About this role
JH Assistant Football Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal position located in Rangely, CO. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting the Head Coach in management of the JH Football program which may include, but not limited to: scheduling, planning, organizing, training, safety and promoting the team and Rangely Activities Department.
• Demonstrate productive coaching strategies, skills, knowledge of Football and personal fitness.
• Establish solid communication and build quality relationships with student participants, parents and the community in general.
• To assist the student athlete in the areas of academic excellence and eligibility and provide an atmosphere of personal growth.
• A genuine commitment to Rangely Jr./Sr. High School philosophies, students, staff, and surrounding community.
Desired qualifications:
• One to three years of coaching experience.
• Skills related to coaching, teaching, recruiting, and mentoring athletes.
• Effective and Professional Communication Skills
