Central Elementary 2026/2027 School Year Qualifications
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university
• New Mexico license applicable to teaching/counseling assignment
• Able to understand and apply the concepts of strategic planning with resultant successful implementation to enhance student success and improve student achievement
• Demonstrated understanding and application of individual and group counseling techniques to address student needs
• Demonstrated communication skills to enhance student, parent, staff and administrative dialogue
• Demonstrated understanding and application standards-based curriculum and school-to-work and career counseling for future vocational opportunities
• Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements noted on the job description.
