Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid Adult and Child First Aid/CPR/AED certificate issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. • Valid Florida driver's license. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current employee of the School District of Lee County. Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy minimum qualifications, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to relate to and inspire confidence in students. • Knowledge of and experience with organizing student activities and events. • Interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and managerial skills. • Oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work with and lead diverse groups of people. • Knowledge of and experience with industry-standard computer applications. • Ability to administer First Aid/CPR/AED as needed for illness, injury, or life-threatening emergencies per certification training guidelines.
