Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Valid teaching certificate for the State of Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons across core subject areas.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administration to enhance student success.
• Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and student engagement.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and school events.
Terms of Employment:
• Full-time salary and benefits per CEA Contract.
