Description of Service Opportunity: The CRLS Student Peer Mentoring Program Administrator will be responsible for recruiting students who wish to be mentors; creating and facilitating training sessions to develop leadership and communication skills; developing and supervising the ongoing mentoring program; and organizing a summer workshop project. Responsibilities require both after-school and school day availability for planning and meetings and student supervision. Requirements: Experience supervising student-led activities; prior knowledge and experience with peer mentoring and peer counseling programs; familiarity with CRLS student community.
