• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Must be able to work collaboratively with other faculty and staff
• Passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Serve as advisor and assistant for large group speech
• Foster a safe and positive learning environment for the class
• Serve as a role model for student behavior and conduct
• Other duties as directed by the building principal to support the class
